Needed a air condition belt done, I ask them to do just that, they call me in and tel me they changed my whole air compressor adding an additional $324 to my mechanic bill that I wasn’t prepared or expecting considering I didn’t say to do that & they proceed to tell me that’s what I did ask for & make me pay for it even tho on the sheet I turned in with my car I said change the air conditioning belt not compressor

Rhonda Tire in Lowell, MI is a great business. They have gone out of their way more than once to meet my needs. When I went to a dealership to buy tires, they told me they were too busy to install them that day. I went to Rhonda and they didn't have the tires in stock...so someone drove to their other location to pick up the tires and install them for me the same day. Awesome. Next, I had a oil leak on my car. They were able to immediately put my car on a lift and detect the problem. They added oil, and didn't charge me any labor to look into the problem for me. It was the end of business for the day, and I was not going to be in town the following day, otherwise I would have had them fix the problem for me too.



Overall, great and friendly service. I recommend this business for any repairs or parts. Great job Rhonda!
