Here at Computer Rehab your data is our #1 priority when you have an infected computer. I believe in cleaning your computer, not wiping it out like most of my competitors do when they get hard to clean. My turn over time is 1 -3 days average with a few taking a little longer, but my customers appreciate the fact that they didn't have to start all over or lose any of their data or programs. We are located right next to Little Caesars in the Lowell Plaza.

I had taken my computer to another local company that was advertising free diagnostics and they checked it out in 5 minutes and said it needed a new motherboard and that was going to be expensive and that they had other computers for sale that would be cheaper, but I didn't want a new computer and left. I was on my way home and saw Computer Rehab, I took it in and he put it up on the bench in front of me checked a few things ran a scan and said I had a bad memory stick. He replaced the memory stick charged me $25 and I was back up and running and I didn't have to buy a new computer. I wish all companies were this honest and fair priced. Took my computer there to have a virus removed. It took 2 days and I got the computer back and it was faster than the day I bought it. Mike does a great job and he will take the time to explain things in plain english not all the techie talk. I highly recommend his services and not just for the price, he does a great job.
