I have bought several computers+monitors+cables+keyboards+mice. No problems getting a repair within 90day warranty; a generous amount of time for used products. Their no return for cash is normal & fair policy. Extremely good to deal with & effective local money saving source. cfs

Plain n simple. Nice people but, it's not till after you buy products: they write on the receipt " no returns " 5 days after buying a 'Mac mini' with them misleading me to think it had an intel processor ( if didn't ) I used it 3 times untill it wouldn't start. It's been under repair for over 7 days. More than the time I owned it!! I'm tring to get my money back. Plus a 200$ disc stuck inside it!! Buyer beware !
