Had a plumbing problem, but was told the sewer pipe was broke. The company I had rod the line and cameraed said it was about 50 ft. out from the house they got the line open ,but they don't repair sewer lines.I happened to call sanborn sewer and made an appointment after explaining my situation. The day Mr.Sanborn showed he took a look a round asked a couple of question. One was did I have a video of what the other company cameraed and did they locate the problem area outside I replyed no. Mr Sanborn seggested I call to see if they did since I payed for it.I called ,and the answer was no they didn't.The next day Sanborn sewer cameraed the sewer line and located the excact location at (NO CHARGE) that's right no charge! 50 ft . became (60) feet. After Mr.Sanborn looked at video and found the pipe was off set badly but was wide open.He gave an estimate but told us we or he would have to talk to our neighbor because the sewer line goes through there property.Everything went well.Thank you!!!

After reading Sanborn Sewer reviews: I felt more comfortable in hiring thier services. I called and made an appointment to clean the sewer line, I was pleased to have a real person answer from there office. They showed on time, they were very polite and professional. I must say when they were done, the area was cleaner then it was, so was my sewer. I was very happy I called Sanborns.

We had been using another local company I thought was good. We have had problems with roots in our sewer, well that time came again. So I called the company we had work on the line, you could hear the machine winding away on and off. Then I heard someone call to me,so I went down to the basement, what a mess! the person running the machine said we have a problem. I'm stuck and I can't get out. I look at him and said so what does that mean ? he replied you'll have to dig it up.I said what would it cost.He wasn't sure but he would call into the office. He came back and gave me a ball park price (thousands) along with a bill. I told him I have to talk to my husband. I called my husband at work, he suggested we call other sewer company. It just so happened to be (Sanborn Sewer) thank god! They were able to remove the other companies snake and open our line without digging. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
