I had a really bad experience with an agent of this company. I bought a full coverage policy & their agent didn't send me to take the picture for my car so the policy changed to basic coverage without notice me. I & my friend got into an accident & my car was total lost. So they didn't pay for my friend even he got injured & I didn't get any pay for my car. An other friend bought insurance from this company and they didn't send him for picture taken. The same agent only sent him to take picture after my case happened. When I found about the insurance don't want to pay for me, I came to his office to complain about this & my pain, he even told me I should tell the doctor that I felt, not got in a car accident!! Please stay away from this company services. The name of the agent is DUY NGUYEN, his office is at 182 Neponset Ave., Dorchester, Ma. His license should be taken away!
