I have never been treated rudely by a store manager than I was on 6/5/13. I was at the drive thru and waited for someone to acknowledge me first. After 5 minutes of waiting a person came on an abruptly asked what would I like. At that time, my little dog, barked at the voice that came through the speaker. It took no time at all for the person to rudely tell me not to do that, do I think it was funny and not to do it again. I said excuse me, what are you talking about and was told, don't do that again. I told the individual that I do not need to be treated like that and will not eat at establishment that talks to it customers that way. At that point I drove through the drive thru where the manager was at the window with the headphones on starring me down trying to challenge me to an argument. At least now I know why that fast food restaurant has gone down hill and service for the most part is totally gone.
