The Western Sugar Cooperative produces a range of finished products from sugar beets in the United States. It produces a range of sugar products under the GW label, as well as several private-label lines. The cooperative s products include granulated, powdered, and light and dark brown sugar. The Western Sugar Cooperative s co-products include high-energy molasses, molasses desugarized solubles, and pressed and pelleted pulp.
