TERRIBLE! I received flowers that were dying... i returned them - received so much attitude from the staff. They sent me new DYING flowers. I returned them as well.... I asked for our money back. They wouldn't do it - and wanted to replace a $50 boquet with 3 carnations. The staff was so rude, and mean. They told us the dead flowers were OUR fault and that they get their flowers from the same distributor as Kroger. Their attention to detail is reprehensible as well - the cuts on the ribbon were jagged, the flowers dying or dead, dirty water in the vase. Just Terrible. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the pain, or rather the embarrassment of sending someone dead flowers - perhaps thats fitting for a funeral? Death on Death - I DONT THINK SO!

i.e., A local faThe flowers that my sister received via April's Florist and Gifts were an embarrassment. They looked nothing like the picture shown on the website. The colors and flowers weren't even the same. The arrangement looked cheap, lopsided and had holes in it where you could see the floral tape. It looked like a really low quality grocery store bouquet. It is absdolutely hideous. I am so embarrassed. To add insult to injury, when I called the florist to complain the man was incredibly snotty and hung up on me. Do not waste your time and money.
