Vergent Products provides electromechanical product development services from concept through production. Clients that range from venture capital companies to Fortune 100 companies and partner with Vergent to reduce manufacturing costs and increase profit margins. Vergent Products will perform a complete cost evaluation, and its team of engineers will optimize a products design and fabrication process by eliminating parts and steps. Vergent Products also has the manufacturing capabilities to produce the final product in quantities from 10 to the thousands. Some of the electromechanical products Vergent had a hand in developing include a golf club fitting product, a motion controller assembly, an automatic film drive, an oscillating hospital bed and a label applicator. Established in 1996, Vergent Products has completed more than 200 product solutions since then. Its ISO 9001:2000 certified, ISO 13485:2003 certified, 67,000 square-foot facility is located in Loveland, Colo.
