My lunch visit on 2018-02-14 was one of the worst I have ever had to any restaurant. No customer got their food sooner than 15 minutes after ordering. But after 25 minutes, several numbers after mine had been called, so I went and asked the manager about my order. She said "this one's yours". It wasn't my number, my items, or even the right number of items. After I told her it wasn't mine, she asked for my receipt, and it became clear they had lost my order. They made my order then, but not so much as a "sorry about that" from the manager.I always eat tacos first because you don't want them soggy. Well, it was broken into such small pieces that there was nothing I could pick up. So, I went and asked if they could make me another. The girl who made it says, "It wasn't like that when I put it in the bag." I had smashed my own taco at the table so that I could wait another ten minutes to get an identical taco?!?!After all of this they could easily have won me back with an apology and maybe some free food on a future visit. At no time was I anything but polite, but I can vote with my wallet. Mine will not be opened again at this location.
