To start, I should say that we have had ZERO complaints or concerns about Dr. Stacey or the Hygienists that work with him. Our complaint- and the reason we will no longer return, nor will we recommend him to anyone else- is the front desk staff he employs. At best I would describe the receptionist as rude and unprofessional. Issues with this staff range from being given inaccurate information about insurance billing to -even during business hours, the phone is never answered. The staff could not get our 6 y.o. in for a 5 minute consult for 3 days, and when we arrived they made us wait for more than 15 minutes while they had a social conversation. That's when we gave up on this practice. We pay our bills and have good insurance and we will find someone else to give our money to.

We have been coming to this office for 7 years. They are awesome. They are friendly and do not do unnecessary work. They are great with children and adults alike. My children don't mind going to the dentist, which says tons about how they treat patients. We now live 45 min away and I continue to drive up to Loveland because I do not trust anyone else to see myself or my children.
