Maybe if you took your car/truck in before it wears out or parts break due to not having it serviced regularly,then YOUR attitude would be nicer and you wouldn't mind waiting a day or two. I had Sean do repairs on my truck in the same day,even when he was extremely buzy. Now I have to schedule for a clutch/pressure plate and I will be waiting a week. A very small price to pay for a very professional,courteous,and polite mechanic.

I disagree with the previous posting & am responding to any negative posts from customers that have come to Proformance Auto Repair for vehicle repairs. Though this shop is a very busy shop & at times it has taken me up to a week to get my car in for work ,they were always courteous & very helpful. They explained that is is sometimes difficult to get every car repaired when a customer would like due several factors beyond their control. Some of these include part challenges that they face because of the vast amount of different vehicles that are out there that they work on. I personally have witnessed the owner, Shawn bend over backwards to please his customers in every fashion. If you want to be treated to a hometown small shop, with good old fashion service than Proformance it the shop to go! These guys pride themselves on pleasing every customer in their time of automotive breakdown needs. Thank you Shawn!

Shawn was vey unprofessional and not courteous at all. I approached him to ask if he had finished with my car, he gave me a mean look and said he had been busy. He did have it in and took a look at it but then put the car back outside to wait even longer and put others in front of me. He told me after a week of waiting to get my f.....g car off of his property if I had no patience. My mother was witness to his attitude and swearing. He walked behind me like he was going to hit me. Good luck with this little guy with a chip on his shoulders if you do take your vehicle to this shop. I will continue to post this complaint if it is removed. I am a certified professional in my career and I expect others that claim to be a professional, to act like it.

Extremely friendly and very personal with you and explaining to you what was wrong with our vehicle. If you have any problems this is the place to take you car or truck, also they are the best around for Diesel trucks. Thank you SO much Proformance Auto Repair!!!!!!!!

For a small shop they know most everything and got me in and done rather quickly. They are a busy shop and do the best they can given that some cars and trucks come up with many other problems through out the days. This is the shop in LOVELAND if you want honesty and professionalism. THANK YOU

If you have a deisel truck or car than theys guys are the place to go . They know what they arre doing . If you you have to make a new appontment chalk it up too good shops are hard too find and are busy!!!!!!!!

If you like having the phone hung up on you, (Having to cancel an appointment.)Then this is the place for you to have your vehicle repaired! Demeaning attitude towards people and lack of experience in the field of customer service! This is the conclusion of three people who have dealt with this business. Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty of other repair shops.
