They had my car one month to repair hail damage. Very sloppy with glue on the outside of my car as well as the inside. Owner cleaned it up. Scratches as well. They were fixed after a fifteen minute wait. Took my car to a car wash. Windshield leaked. They repaired it with silicone. The silicone ate my paint on top of windshield . Moved to another state after they supposably fixed it. Took it to a car wash after the long road trip. Windshield was leaking again. Silicone was eating my paint between windshield and roof. Three days in a shop here in another state, and it had to be painted and a new windshield installed. Thank God for my insurance company. Too bad one repair from this shop wasn't enough. My insurance will be getting some money from them this time.
Worst body shop ever. I had $8,000-$10,000 in damages and I had to bring my car in to a different shop because they didnt finish the job also took four and half months
BEWARE ! Ozzies doesn' complete mwchanical work on time, and claims to have OK for days of delay by placing message on voicemail. They also OVERCHARGE for labor, and the owner and receptionist are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE !
I went to Ozzie's many years ago when they were located in downtown Loveland. I was not pleased with how I was handled as a customer back than. However, I just had to have some work done to my van a few weeks ago and something changed. I think they must be under new management of ownership because my experience there was much, much, much better than the one I had years ago. They have really turned it around...GOOD JOB!
I had a great experiance with Ozzies Body Shop. They where friendly, fast and afforable. Alot of people are mad because they tow for the CITY... ITs not there falt its the cities.
It is very disappointing to have to write a review about Ozzie's, but I find it to be my obligation. My truck was initially supposed to be in the body shop's possession for two working weeks. After a four week stay due to unforeseen additional work, which in all actuality should have been completed in the initial two weeks, completion of the body work was reached and the truck was ready for pick up. After the original four weeks of work, the truck had to be returned to Ozzie's four additional times to complete sub-par work or repair damages due to the original repairs. It is now three months after the last visit and I am still noticing mistakes including paint splatter on windows, clips missing from fender flairs, tape residue around windows, glue overflow on the rubber seals on the roof and the most bothersome is the constant sound of air flow from either a poorly installed windshield or rear windows. I would absolutely not recommend this body shop to anyone no matter the size of their repair. My experience included a four week lead time to get my truck into the shop, un-returned phone calls, a meeting with the owner personally and a laundry list of undesirable work. I was talked into this shop by my insurance company, and have since wished that I had done better research prior.
