our experience ~ husband never sick then,~ bad enough to come home from work ~ a real scare ~ took him to ER @ 8:40 am ~ everything explained, tests run x-rays cat scan all done & he was on surgical floor at 11:00am ~ talk about fast!!! they were true professionals ! fast, efficient, considerate & totally people oriented ~ to not scare us with medical terminology & problem explanation ~ they put everything into layman's terms so was easily understood ~they instilled a sense of trust respect & appreciation for their consideration, & professionalism ~ will NOT go to other 'hospital'~ been there/done that ~ their people are inconsiderate, rude, hostile, take care of you IF & WHEN they decide ~ course if you happen to croak in the meantime, oh well ~ ##% happens ~ that's their attitude & if/when they do take care of you ~ believe me you leave in far worse shape!! when yelp from extra rough(cracked leg bone) they said shut up or there's the door ~ really nasty& harsh with patients!
