Founded in 1917, Mary Blair Elementary School develops academic, social and physical skills in students in kindergarten through grade five. The school organizes talent shows, music programs, field trips, back-to-school nights and carnivals. It provides gifted and talented education and before- and after-school programs. Mary Blair Elementary School offers special classes in art, physical education, music, speech and computers. The school s academic curriculum also includes subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It operates a media center that stocks a collection of storybooks, puzzles, quiz books and picture dictionaries. Located in Loveland, Colo., Mary Blair Elementary School is a part of Thompson School District R2-J.
