After getting a newer car I stopped doing my own oil change. Tried many different places but always felt like they were pushing extra services. At dales mobile one I have never felt like that. It feels like you are taking it to your friends shop who will tell you straight up what's going on. My wife feels comfortable getting her oil changed for the first time in her life. Love this place and well never get service elsewhere!

I had a simple fix to be done on my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. I purchased the necessary part that needed to be replaced from a local automotive store. Unfortunately, the install was more difficult than I initially thought. After my dad and I tried for about an hour, we realized we needed an expert to do the work. It was a Sunday afternoon and we thought we were out of luck. After a trip to the local Jiffy Lube and Cenex (both on Highway 34 and both we very unhelpful), I decided to try Mobil1 on North Garfield. When we arrived we were helped by a gentleman named Ben. Although the shop was closed, we explained to Ben what was wrong and he went way out of his way to help me. Not only did he get the work done for me on his day off when the shop was closed, he was also extremely nice and professional about it. Ben embodies what customer service should be: straightforward, friendly and thorough. If it weren't for Ben, I wouldn't be able to make my drive to Denver to work tomorrow. Thank you Ben!
