They had the best pricing on Trane and Lennox I went with a Trane furnace and they did an excellent job.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. Here are some of the problems we experienced with them along the way:- No hot water for 5 days.- Saying they would call and never calling, not returning calls, and not responding to their 24-hour phone number.- Saying they would arrive to fix the problem at a specific day and time, then cancelling that morning or just never arriving.- Leaving the place a mess.- Not making sure everything was working properly after installation (we know this because they didnt connect the power source to the hot water heater before they left).- Twice they started a job on a Thursday, saying theyd be back on Friday, and cancelling or not finishing on Friday, so we had to deal with the ramifications of the half-finished job until the next week.Ultimately our experience working with them has left us extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.
