Thought about using them to store my RV. When I went there to check the place out and find out about pricing there was no one around. Finally some lady came to help me and seemed extremely annoyed at having to answer a few questions about their services. She promptly told me i wouldn't be able to see or get to my vehicle until the spring. I then asked her if she could be any more specific, like a date... had to ask her 3 or 4 times before she gave me a straight answer. The complete lack of professionalism was enough for me to decide not to use their storage services and from what I have heard from people who have stored their vehicles or boats here has pretty much confirmed my decision to go elsewhere.

Referred to Louisville Underground two years ago, I elected to use them to store a luxury power boat. On BOTH storage occassions (during TWO consecutive winters), my boat was picked up each subsequent Spring and had SIGNIFICANT hull DAMAGE and deep, penetrating scoring MARKS down the hull. The effort it took the FIRST incident to get them to cover the expense was significant. Year two and more DAMAGE leaves me today with their response "we will not cover your damage given the (standard) contract you signed releases us from liability" as a result. As a well educated professional and also an executive in business myself, I trust and respect business relationships and integrity. I also value the assets I own and the care they receive. From their website: "We take our time and are careful to protect your assets." I now know otherwise, and will NEVER use their services again. 1-star because the system here would not allow me to select 0 or less.
