In 1988 Shuck Industries purchased and moved U.S. Refractories to its current 285,000 square foot location in Hitchins, Kentucky. Together, Shuck Industries with its 125 year history in manufacturing and U.S. Refractories have combined their broad line of products and advanced engineering to supply a wide variety of products to the refractory market.
