Just had an Alpine installed in my pick up...Dealt with a Manager named Paul .. Very laid back Intelligent ,and knowledgable of all the brands they carry, & also very patient ..with everything going on with stereo equipment these days I was glad he took the time to explain my alpine blue tooth now I have hands free calling & the pleasure of listening to my I tunes or Pandora .. Had the pleasure of seeing the install Bay Area ...very clean and organized ..I asked the tech's if they could replace a couple bulbs out ..one on my climate control & one out on my power window...turned out they were circuit boards.not a problem they re-soldered new bulbs in at a very reasonable price...I've know the owner for over 20 years... You don't install stereo equipment for that long and not be Top Notched... Thanks John , Paul, Dwight, & Chris for a great job....I Highly recommend Sound Factory....for your Stereo needs.. I had a speaker installed and the installation was completed fairly promptly, I was told by the installer, that the labor should have been more, considering all that he had to do...he also was to install a cd changer in the trunk. I was not allowed to view this process and after returning home from the shop, I noticed that the installer had in fact placed mounting brackets on my cd changer that were not applicable to my trunk mounts. This was probably done more than likely to ensure that I return to have the cd changer reinstalled...the bad thing out of all that has transpired is the dealer referred me to this business.
