I love Shampoochies and so does my dog. She seems to enjoy going there and that means a lot to me. She would pull and balk whenever we started into the door of our previous groomer where they would let the dogs roam free all over the shop and sometimes fight. She required treatment at the vet after one of those altercations. At Shampoochies they crate the dogs exceptwhen they are actually working on them. It makes me feel safer leaving her. Sharon and all of the staff have been nothing but nice to us. I walk with a cane and they always help me out to the car with my 100 pound rambunctious impulsive golden. I took her there yesterday for a bath and a summer cut and she looks just beautiful. To the people who found the staff disagreeable - how you are treated depends a lot on how YOU treat others. Remember that and you might get better treatment at every establishment you visit.

I have been taking my dogs to them for 2.5 years now and they have always taken very good care of them. I have never had a complaint about how they were bathed or groomed and there prices are not so expensive that I can keep up the grooming.
