This has been a disappointing year for the majority of sealed air workers. I'm beginning to wonder if the plant is shutting down. I've seen this type of tragedy happen in other plants. Someone buys them out the company Logo changes,and then the purge begins. It is sad when the very company you risk your life to be at work for ,suddenly become bullies. The new production manager likes to demonstrate his authority by forcing workers to quit, putting a bigger work load on people and writing them up any given chance. It appears they are exploring more ways to terminate people. It's not fair that people feel like they are walking on egg shells and its not fair that the best employees sealed air has to offer are getting paid the minimum the position they work offers. Some employees are not making the minimum their position promised. Hire freezes ,raise retro and lousy reviews given by supervisors who have no clue what goes on in the warehouse because they are supervising a chair and computer the whole day. This company doesn't care about it's reputation it cares about it's Image. It should not matter who gets their way stop making someone look bad so you might look better, what ever happened to doing what's right???????

Who do you run to when your being treated unfairly.New hires walk through the door with the same pay as people who have worked there for years.New hires advance to higher levels than the people who train them.They hire people into positions but use them elsewhere.Why wont they post these positions instead of using the buddy system? Integrity is a powerful word that you never hear about in this plant.People have stopped bidding on jobs because they know the bid was filled the day it was posted.People who have a desire to advance and make the work place friendly and safe are being held back by tasteless decisions the management makes.I might add that employees from other plants have been brought in and made leads.They are very rude and unprofessional and discouraging.They spend more time on breaks and will show you the same rules dont apply to them.I gave this company 2 stars because the hard workers.The managers need a real challenge and It starts with them down to the leads.When's the last time anyone really investigated how employees felt about their leads and supervisors.I feel like the door should swing both ways. My last evaluation sound more like a social status then my actual performance.And if you hold employees back because of an aptitude test then dont have managers telling them it doesnt matter how you score.Some supervisors use this against you and go way too far.Besides the jobs are not that difficult.People still have the ability to learn.I would take a good attitude over aptitude any day..Yours truely the Challenger.
