The only good things I can say about Olshan are the PRE-job service is great, and they started my job 10 days early. DURING the job, they did not fulfill their word for attempting minimizing dust, and their ineffective duct-taped single plastic barrier (which fell down and was not replaced) has ruined my walls--I will have to scrub and repaint them. They switched crew bosses between day one and two, with absolutely NO communication to us or between the crew bosses, leading to oversights on the job. POST-job, they failed to return our two calls stating that our leak-test failed. The only call we received was a hostile call regarding collecting the second half of our payment, when we had been told we did not owe the second half until we were satisfied with the job. Much arguing ensued, and we are still waiting for the leak to be repaired. ALSO, the sales rep told us "we would never know" a trench had been dug in our yard . . . 15 feet of dirt/mud in our yard beg to differ.

be very careful with the estimate- get it itemized and get 2nd opinion. Pricey. Also be sure to get written warrenty on any work done. You may need it.....Especially waterproofing.
