I have been going to Eye Mart and Dr. Goodman for years. I would not consider seeing anyone else. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Dr. Goodman truly cares about his patients. You will always be treated like family. His prices are reasonable - and he takes his time with each patient. This is a small individually owned and operated business - so if you are looking for glitz and glamour - you will not find it here, but honestly is that what you want at a doctor's office? Not me... I just want someone I can trust who takes good care of my eyes! Highly Recommend!

My family has been going to Eye Mart and Dr. Goodman for 20 years. He is a terrific optometrist and sincerely wants to provide the best advice for all of his patients. He has always treated us like family and follows the golden rule. If I've ever had a problem it is taken care of promptly. Some people expect him to be a magician but not everything can be fixed overnight and if a person abuses his or her glasses then expects Eye Mart to immediately fix them, then they live in a fantasy world. He has given us contacts to try or glasses to try and come back in a few days because he wants satisfied clients. He made me appreciate the importance of taking care of my eyes and having quality glasses. I would never go anywhere else. From Mike the Referee

For a eye Dr. Terry Goodman is a great doctor, he explain things to me in simple terms that I was able to understand. Now for the office part I know they can not all ways help that your insurance company has there own thing going on but when they tell you something they should carry thru with it. It has been three weeks since I saw the Dr, and I still don't have my glasses. I just think the office should contact the insurance company and then let me know what is going on with out me have to call and check up on the glasses every couple of days. Mt husband went there the day after I did and he has his glasses back all ready. It took the 10 or 12 days they said it would so where are mine.
I had pair of glasses for three months, and one of the temples broke. I went in for a "quick" repair, as stated over the phone, by the tech. Once I got there, he said it would take 7-10 days, and made it worse by implying that I had broken them. Two months later, after no phone call as promised, I went by to see if they were ready. The company sent 2 replacement temples, it's important they match, but the tech only put on one. After getting home, I realized they were not the same at all, and experienced many problems with the fit, hence the comfort. Then, guess what happened? The other temple broke, three months later, and THEN the NEWLY REPLACED temple broke, AGAIN! Same spots, on the temple hinges. Tho' not 4-500 dollar designer glasses, for a working stiff, $199 frames, isn't cheap, and they were Polo's. Next time, I will stick with the 2 for 80 at Bizors. They're rude and the wait for service is ridiculous, but they lasted 5 yrs. Too bad, 'cos most of the staff was great!
