Staff in lumber department very disrespectful. One employee in particular will openly ridicule customers after they walk away. I had the misfortune to overhear him belittle me after I asked him to cut some lumber...a free service Lowes offer its customers. I only had two pieces of lumber to cut, but the employee seemed put off when asked to do the job he was hired to do. Then as I walked away he did an imitation of what I said and made it sound very hateful. It's terrible to shop at Lowes, spend plenty of money and then be insulted for your trouble.

My house was recently broken into so I went to Lowe's to have some boards cut to put over my window. Not to seconds of me entering the store a young man named Mike J walks up to me and immediately asked to help me. After i explained my situation and was almost in tears Mike J rushed into action to help me, he found everything I needed to board my window. Not only did he help keep my house safe he raised my spirits by cracking jokes the whole time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed clothesline T, my other was broken during Jan ice storm. Rocky Duering, sales mgr. told me he could make me one out of galvanized steel pipes. Not only did he make it for me, he carried it to the car for me. I might add that the store was very busy, and he had several phone calls while I was there. Excellent Service. Wylodean Aebersold
