Please don't ever allow your family to go through what ours did. They are high pressure sales monsters at your most sorrowful time. They talked my brother in law into purchasing a right to be "beside the one he loves" at his most traumatic moment. He is young and may remarry, already has a Veterans funeral paid for. They were told this but kept pressuring him that this is a "one time deal and must act now". He didn't even know what he was doing. We tried to interject but it was his decision. They took advantage and had him sign. They also told us $3200. for a rented casket and a 4 hour showing-3 weeks later and they still don't have my sister intombed because they want another $1800. 6 of the family members were there making arrangements and not one heard anything about the other $1800. $5000. total for a 4 hour showing in a rented casket (she was cremated). How disgusting.
