The elimination of "No-shows" has been our goal since 1991, when our founder realized the need for a light industrial temporary company that could tackle the largest problem in our industry - employees not showing up for work! We guarantee ZERO "No-shows" or you don't pay. If you place a next day order for 10 temps and only 9 show up, those 9 work free all day long.

You can turn up some decent jobs here at Labor Works and some downright undesirable ones. But they put a check in your pocket daily/every other day, if you're smart about how/when you work there and show up to work!
My name is James Parr and I have one of the best Records at the LaborWorks of Lexington But The ass. manager Sam has a hate for me do to my wife's story's that she tells every time she wants to leave me she tells these story to to get pity and justification to leave and Sam here's these story's and now she tries every thing in her power not to send me out on jobs like today I was their at LborWorks from the min. the door was open till 9:00 I was in the top 10 sign in sheet on the white sign in sheet as well as the top 10 on the blue sheet and Sam kept looking pass my name I was their before 99.9% of all the people that did go out today it has always the first one's in is the first one out unless you don't you can't do the job that you get sent out to. So I want to send this complant in the hopes that you can set Miss Sam strait about listening to story's that don't concern her not to use them story's as just cause not to send a qualified person out to a job site
