The drive thru male was very rude and condescending. He made it clear that the store would be closing soon, and he discouraged any add'l orders. Every time I placed an order or downsized that order, he would state that there wasn't enough time to complete the order. There were 3 cars ahead and 3 cars behind. I asked what specific order I could place and he stated any order would take too long. When I got home, I called the store for the Manager's name, he stated he only knew the Manager as Fred, did not know his last name because they didn't associate with each other that way, then abruptly hung up the phone. In my opinion, this man needs to be fired. I thought KFC had a better reputation of customer service then this. I plan to follow up with the store manager & district manager of this store as soon as possible.
