Poorly run office focused on profits, not patients or people. What makes the office the most money will likely be your plan of treatment. Speak to other dentists and periodontists, and do extensive research before agreeing to any plans. The teeth that she said my daughter would lose if we didn't get all the painful and expensive work done was a hoax or lack of education at best. We have since changed dentists and my daughter's teeth and gums remain healthy, without "treatment".

Dr. Bassett showed professionalism, expertise, and most importantly, care. She made me feel at ease in a not so at ease situation. I had to have a crown lengthening. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Jill and her staff took excellent care of my situation. I would recommend her to anyone.
