That is why we would like you to know more about Jefferson Manor. In addition to providing exceptional medical care and rehabilitation services, and having been named Kentucky Facility of the Year, we also received a national award for interior design. All areas of our building are tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. Conveniently located in the east end, we have both semi-private and private room accommodations and are Medicare certified. All of our 100 beds are certified for skilled care. After a thorough evaluation, our interdisciplinary care team develops a personalized care plan for each patient.
