I've gone to this store on several occasions as it is in a convenient location. However, the women working in the store are rude to customers including myself EVERY time! I went in today to purchase some extensions and she barely wanted to assist me with finding the proper products. I asked to see a bag of hair and she told me to look at the mannequin but you can't touch it. I didn't even want to touch the hair I just wanted to read the label to learn more about the product. She continue to debate with me that there was nothing to read however of course there was one she finally gave me the bag of hair. Additionally, there was another woman in the store looking for a particular product. The lady directed her to one version of the product however there were multiple's in the store. The woman working knew that there were other versions however she did not share that with the customer even after the customer expressed that she was looking for a particular type. I knew that there were other versions in the store, so I ended up helping the lady showing her what the products were in telling her what information I knew about them. To conclude, I did not purchase anything from this establishment and I never will their customer service is horrible they are extremely rude they do not attend to their customers and it's really just not worth it travel somewhere else where you can get good customer service as well as a quality product.

This has always been my favorite beauty supply store. I moved further away and was a store closer to me but J.c. beauty is my store. I'll drive the extra to get what need.
