This agency repossessed a neighbor's vehicle. In doing so they blocked my driveway for and hour and a half...even after the driver received the keys to the repossessed car he waited an additional thirty minutes before clearing my driveway because I voiced my displeasure at him totally blocking the entrance and exit to my home. At the time when I voiced my displeasure at my driveway being totally blocked, they responded by rolling up the windows and shutting off the engine. Total crappy behavior. I would hope that nobody else has to suffer this type of treatment. All the driver had to do was clear my driveway so I could go to the store. I had to give this company 1 star just to be able to submit my review but really they deserve negative stars. Complaint was filed with the company, no response as of yet.
