My trainer is knowlegeable, accommodates any changes needed, and works well with me to meet the goals we set.
My Trainer Erin Monfre is the best trainer I have ever had because for one her personality is awesome. We laugh and have a good time even though the workouts are sometimes hard and difficult. She help me with my breathing since I have asthma, so that I can get in a good workout and be able to finish it. Erin sets goals each month on what we are going to focus on when it comes to training and nutrition. She changes up the routine each week to make it fun and exciting, gives me exercises to do at home through the week, pushes me to go to the boot camp on Mondays and Wednesdays and really keeps me focused and motivated on being healthy and fit. Erin goes far and beyond to make sure you get the results you expect. When I came to Home Fitness I weighed 230 and now I weigh 198 and have also lost lots of inches all thanks to Erin. Youre AWESOME Erin! THANKS!
For the month of April my trainer Brandon asked me to set a goal. My overall goal is to slim down but for April I wanted to set a goal for five pounds. I thought this would be hard because I try not to focus on weight but how I look and feel. Since this was the month of the mini marathon I though it could also help me drop time on my miles if I incorporated sprints into my running schedule. With that being said I added more sprints and intervals into my scheduled distance runs each week. This resulted in FIVE pounds lost and dropping 24 min from last years time in the mini marathon. It was incredible to see my hard work pay off in both losing weight and dropping time in my runs. Brandon pushed me every workout I had and never let me quit and it definitely showed at the end.
After working with Dave for the last seven months my confidence and strength have grown leaps and bounds from where they were when I started. My energy and overall well being has improved and it is all due to the patience and dedication that Dave has shown me through this year
The bootcamp that homefit offers is unreal!! I have been to many bootcamps previously and none of them compare! Erin always makes it a challenge and fun. I always leave thinking I just had an Amazing workout. She always modifies exercises for my bum shoulder and makes modifications for anyone and everyone. She is also an amazing motivator and makes me feel so great about myself. She is always happy and can make you smile, she always seems so excited to see me!!!!!
My business partner and I began training with Homefit last July. We saw decent progress during our first six weeks. After our first trainer left, however, we started working with Keoni. We noticed a significant difference in our sessions. Keoni took the time to understand our needs and to help us build our foundation. He thoroughly explained the exercises and the muscles that should be activated. Suddenly, we were noticing and feeling muscles we never realized we had. In addition, he offered variety in the workouts to keep them interesting and us engaged. To maintain motivation, he took measurements and had us perform strength tests every six weeks. This showed and confirmed the progress we were making. If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Keoni.
I joined HomeFit, wanting to build body strength after enduring a few weeks on crutches. Working out here has not only built my strength and endurance, but my self confidence!
Great PT company. I regularly attend boot camp classes led by Erin Gentry and work out with a trainer, Joe Rosa, once a week. I have seen amazing results. What used to be a chore has become a routine and I look forward to working out each week.
