- Emergency CareWhen you utilize a registered nurse at the very beginning of the injury-reporting process, you are minimizing preventable future costs while providing the highest level of service to the injured employee. A referral to an urgent care center versus an emergency room can save wait time for the injured employee and expense for you.
- Stress ManagementThousands of employees experience violence in their workplaces every year. When a traumatic workplace event occurs, our Crisis Response Solution is a national disability prevention program that helps employers and payers support the victims and witnesses of traumatic workplace incidents, including robberies, assaults, deaths, severe injuries, natural disasters, as well as the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our nationwide team is comprised nurses and Masters-level counselors who are full-time Genex employees. Program oversight is provided by program managers who are certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
- Mental HealthAdditionally, ergonomists are instrumental in creating ergonomic programs that account for the human aspects of workplace well-being, such as mental health, stress, and overall employee satisfaction—factors that AI systems typically do not account for. By combining AI insights with human empathy and communication, ergonomists help build safer and more supportive work environments.
