This is probably the worst complex in the city of Louisville to live in. The property manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen run a businessdue to discrimination and racism. No one wants to approach the owner afraid of what the manager will do to them. Horrible place to be!

We have been tenants at this complex for 15 months. In that time, we have always paid on time and been clean, quiet neighbors. However, I have seen others urinating on trees and puking in bushes. Dogs are allowed to defacate on the sidewalks. Our faucets ahve leaked for months despite their "repairs" But again, we have been ideal tenants. Our lease went to a month to month two months ago. We finally found another place, so we gave notice. Now, contrary to our lease agreement, the manager is telling us we owe one more month and will lose our security deposit, even though we gave 30 days notice, per our lease. My husband even asked her to show where it states we must pay another full month after and she could not do it. These people are awful and refuse to be reasonable. I would NEVER recommend this place!!!

P.S. Check with BBB and other sites, they have a bad reputation.
