I have been using Dr Fiona Boak/Sloan for the past 15 or so years and have been 100% satisfied with her service and her professional and accurate assessment of my vision and recommendations for glasses and contacts. I have strayed twice and tried another dr, due to distance family references and have been terribly sorry and disgusted both times. She has also treared me for eye injury and dry eyes, Her assessment of my vision always leaves me feeling better about my vision and the improvement since having started with her, I cannot say enough good things about her service. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in my family or friends and i believe that is the best compliment I can muster, Her dedication to customer satisfaction and goiung out of her way to offer the best fir for my eyes is refreshing compared to the now that I got your money, hurry up and leave, that unfotrtunately I seem to see too much of these days. I was quite impressed with the level of both professional expertise and customer service. I was expecting to just do simple reading of charts to see what lens strengths I need now in my bifocals. My exam included visual fields and retina imaging in addition to ocular pressure, all with up-to-date devices. Knowledgeable of options for me to choose from that will help me see at the various distances the materials I work with are located.

Dr. Boak is very knowledgable and really takes the time to make sure you have the right prescription. She is very thorough and has a great personality. She has office hours that make it easy to come in around my work schedule. All in all, she's great!
