General Info

Erin is a board certified family nurse practitioner who has worked in pediatric, adult and urologic cancer care. She earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville. Berkley has extensive experience in pediatrics and worked in pediatric critical care and postsurgical care before focusing on patients with urologic conditions.
