It offers solutions to health care payors and property and casualty insurers through an array of products sold by its three operating divisions: Healthcare Recoveries, an integrated recovery service combined with the use of proprietary technology to deliver solutions for overpayment recovery, provider bill audit, subrogation and other recovery needs of health care payors; Trans PaC Solutions, a proprietary system that automates traditional recovery efforts for property and casualty insurers and provides a total outsourcing of the subrogation process; and Troveris, which offers proprietary software and customized consultative services for healthcare payors and property and casualty insurers.
