I thought this place was the best storage facility I have ever had any contract with until today. I had one day where I had a truck and the help of two guys to ensure I was able to stay in new place. I have been living in an extended stay hotel which is expensive and not that nice at all. I finally received word that I could move in. We go down there and I get in through all my security codes but am unable to find the keys anywhere. I knew I had to have left them in the unit because I had just been there and was distracts by my 2 yr old being with me. I explained all this to the manager who I have met 3 times now and he has always been so very nice often opening my unit for me while we are speaking. I have never before had anyone be so rude and overtly pleased that I would not be able to get my things at that time. Since I own everything in that particular unit and pay to have it locked up there from others not myself I have considered purchasing a tool to break the lock and simply replace that for $5. I lost $150 today on my pseudo move and will get my things tomorrow morning and never give them another dime. I will honor my contract because that is what good people doWe also help each other out if in a bind. He claimed he can't remember eveyone and their story but remembered my mothers name as well as my step mothers name! Hell my dad screwed that up!! If I can't get in tomorrow I am calling the media!!!
