      Bluegrass Chinese Medicine offers acupuncture and Chinese herbal treatments. We carry a complete professional line of Chinese herbal medicine as well as a compounding pharmacy. We crafted the legislation for the Kentucky acupuncture law. We are on the advisory committee to the Kentucky Medical Licensure Board. Jeffrey Russell is exceptionally trained, board-certified practitioners of classical acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
