This place has terrible management. I have been seeing Dr.Jonnsson for many years and have watched his practice slowly go down heel. Its a shame because he is a good doctor. The website for the office isnt even active.

I have had nothing but terrible experiencs with this place. I have been going to this office for about a year solely because I haven't had the time to find a new family physician. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the main front desk lady who you inevitably have to deal with each visit. Their refill policy is absolutely ridiculous. I had went in for an appointment, and when I called after leaving stating I had forgotten to ask for a new prescription, the secretary refused to give me one and said I would have to make another appointment. I worked in a doctor's office for over three years and NEVER have I seen a policy as such. The last time I went there solely for a refill I waited approximately an hour and a half just to be handed a slip of paper. Lastly, they can't even get the billing straight. I have been billed TWICE the full amount and it got to the point where my insurance personally had to call the office to straighten it out. Blakenbaker Primary Care is an absolute embarrassment to the medical field in every aspect possible. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
