I enjoy living at Ashley pointe. We never had any problems until they started renting trailors in the very back. Now there is a lot of heroine addicts. Syringes have been found all over play area.

If you are looking to buy a mobile home here please don't. The maintenance is non excising. The manager isn't much better. They are out of the office before 5 pm which is normal business hours. They don't fix anything. Sewage gets backed up, it takes almost a week for them to do anything. And then that's b/c the health department had to come out. Found out by maintenance that I might have a collapse pipe buried in my backyard. They tell me that if that the case it would get fixed at "COST" to me. Yea, right. I don't own the lot just the trailer sitting on it. So, now I am back to square one. I called the office at the park again, left a message at 2 in the morning Monday. And still nothing has been done. So my husband called back at 4 yesterday. No answer, he left a message. Nothing. He called back at 4:30 and got the answering machine and it said mail box full. He then called the emergency number and left our number and still nothing. Maintenance man told my husband the first time if it happened again, if we can't get a hold of the office, just come across the street and knock on his door. So my husband did yet that. And the guys wife said he wasn't home. That she would give he a message. The funny thing is, all of their cars was their. I knew the guy was at home that the wife lied. So when my husband closed the door, I looked out the window and guess what. The maintenance man came walking out of his trailer. Still having trouble this morning. So I am calling the health department no matter what today. I can't leave like this. So, I hope you all listen me. Their are a lot better places to go to.
