Absolutely not satisfied. I have yet to get my core charge back and it has been almost 9 months. I call once a month and the person is very rude and stressed out always. Blames everyone else but the company. I do not recommend this company.

Had my Camry engine replaced with a "Take Out" engine from Japan. They do sub out the work to others but they did get my vehicle back to me in three weeks, originally said 5 to 7 days. The cost was about $200 over the original estimate, so plan on spending 10% more than they quote (my experience as well as other reviews I've seen). They also sub out the 90 days same as cash, be careful, that starts the day you sign the paperwork, not when you get your vehicle back. Also, had to actually go pick up my vehicle at the 3rd party garage, although they had me come to their shop first (supposedly had vehicle there). Would probably go elsewhere next time.

We ordered an engine from Action Engines because they were the cheapest. It took two weeks for me to get he trucking company to pick up my core and it has been 2 months and I STILL have not gotten my core deposit back. Everytime I call there is a new excuse. First it was that they had to check out my engine first, then they had to wait to see if it was on their statement, then the woman who handles that was out of town for two weeks and no one else knows how to do that! Really?!? Today she is back, but I will have to talk to her in the morning...we are in the process of pulling another engine, but I will be looking for somewhere else to buy the new engine!

Very unorganized, but the cheapest I found on a hemi. I had to wait over 2 wks for it to get shipped from who knows where thru estes trucking. I will follow up with another review once I get the engine installed and see how it runs. Still wondering how my unlimited warranty is gonna work.

The best experience I have had at an automotive facility. They have great prices, great service, and total competence in all areas. They were totally complete in fabulous service and prices.

Action had the best price i found. They even delivered and picked up the core. The problem is they are unorganized. Its been over three months and I still have not received my core deposit. They excused the absent payment by saying they lost the address. I then gave them the address again and its been 20 business days and still no check. I will never do business with them and recommend you don't either.

Dependable on time customer service at a great price.
