I called them to come look at my fridge because I had a drip where the ice comes out on the door (ice maker doesn't work and was unhooked) The smelly repairman arrived and opened the freezer door and said you need a new icemaker and the drip is probably a valve. The icemaker will cost 289.00 and the valve 90.00. I don't think I want to spend that on the icemaker but just fix the drip-then the price changed from 90.00 to 175.00. the result was I had to pay for the service call and didn't get anything fixed because I didn't trust them due to prices changing and just lookin in the freezer door didn't seem like the correct way to identify the problem. Would definetely not recommend them to anyone else.
