Once again I am sitting on hold for AAA,. I have a roof leak that I am waiting 2 days for an adjuster to call about. I have asked them to make this an emergency claim as we are expecting rain shortly. I have a two story home and can not go up there to tarp this roof. This is my second awful experience with AA. The last time I had a claim (ended up fixing it myself) I got some man in Detroit, MI who was drunk as the adjuster. This did not help when I had water poring into my family room at 10PM. AA may be among the least expensive insurance carriers but they are by far the absolute worst in response time and customer service. I am still on hold.......again..............

Last night I was sitting in a parking lot in Downtown Louisville and my car wouldn't start. I called AAA and was told that they lost a contract with a tow company and I would be waiting 4 hours for a truck. I even explained that when my husband came down to sit with me he had to bring our 10 yr old son. I didn't get home till after midnight and that was thanks to Dave's Towing b/c he had to call our own truck. I have no idea what I paid AAA for! We are GOLD members have been members for 18 years and as of TODAY we WON'T be any longer! I think that is pathetic customer service! But, to make me feel better the supervisor told me that they even have customers sitting on the expressway waiting for trucks!!! They should be ashamed to even admit that!!! I also asked this same supervisor, Trish, if she would sit downtown w/ her son at night for 4 hours and she said "No, I would call another company" Great answer, Trish
