WORST BANK EVER! Do not bank with this branch or any other branch. They charged $300 in fees for a $20 overdraft. They have this tricky status called pending which is different from your current balance. Say you have $40 and 3 transactions come through on the same day for 10, 20 and $35. They "pend" the 35 and the 10 (so now you are over by $5) and charge you a 37.50 overdraft fee for ALL 3 items! Your $40 balance went towards NONE of these 3 charges. Meanwhile your online statement shows you paid 10, you paid 20 and have 10 left towards the 35 charge.Then shows TWO 37.50 overdraft fees for the 10 and 20 transactions. HUH!? Are you confused too, thats what they are hoping. Their customer service is terrible, they are rude and they do NOT care about you.
