Founded in 1974, Dental Aid is one of the largest dental clinics in the United States. based in Louisville, Colo., it offers a range of services, such as root planning and scaling (to eliminate gum disease), cleaning services, digital X-ray and oral health care services, to name a few. The center provides care for individuals identified as high-risk for oral health complications, including pregnant women, persons with diabetes, persons with heart disease and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Dental Aid has partnerships with Boulder Valley Women s Health Center, Clinica Family Health Services, Healthy Teeth Happy Babies and Salud Family Health Centers, among others.
