residents can't depend on the same employees to be there from one day to the next. upper management gets rid of good employees that are familiar faces. It is important to feel like you can trust someone taking care of you as if they were family, but by the time you get to know them they get fired. Seems as if the director is envious of the relationship built between the resident and the lower care giver.
