Jill Denton has been counseling people from all walks of life for over twenty-five years. She has special expertise working with people who suffer from the symptoms of sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress, and substance and behavioral addictions of all kinds. She has experience working with individuals and couples covering everythings from conflict resolution to financial management to spiritual beliefs. I offer some easy to learn techniques which many people find reduce their anxiety right away. For the symptoms of post-traumatic stress and the anxiety that often develops around difficult memories I often find that EMDR can help you move fast through problems that keep cropping up. Jill has over thirty years of experience providing confidential, caring counseling for individuals & couples. As a survivor herself, Jill has a special rapport with those recovering from trauma and uses EMDR, among other techniques, to bring relief and new possibilities. Over the years, Jill has worked with addicts of all kinds and was one of the first people in the country to be certified as a Sex Addict Therapist. As a Clinical Sexologist she is equipped to help with sexual difficulties of all kinds, including differences in desire and blocks to intimacy. Jill loves working with couples and has helped many people to strengthen and renew their relationships.
