What a wonderful bank The manager and all the employees are so nice and helpful and always have such great attitudes. I have been to many other banks and the employees could care less about the customer
Have been a customer there for quite sometime. Wife went to handle some banking and the branch manager Hector Ortiz went out of his way to be rude an insolent to her. He embarrassed her in front of several customers bringing her to tears . Problem I have with it is that he was as nice as can be when I was in there with her the last time. Considering I generally make large deposits and keep a balance well into the 10's of thousands , maybe one of the locally based banks will appreciate my business and not treat my wife like a piece of dirt when she goes in. Mr. Ortiz, you should take a little more care into who you treat like garbage in such a small town. You never know when you'll run into that persons husband.
